Ana Silvia Lara Publishing reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or refuse services at any time if a client engages in behavior that is considered abusive, aggressive, threatening, dishonest, or intentionally misleading.
Professional collaboration requires mutual respect and transparent communication. If a client repeatedly demonstrates conduct that disrupts the professional working relationship or attempts to misrepresent the services provided, the company may terminate the agreement.
In such cases, work already completed and deliverables already provided will remain valid, and any payments made may be considered non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
